Service Areas
Based in Medford, Working Across Greater Boston
"Boston-area" is true, but it's not specific enough to help you get found. Here's why the actual town matters more than most service businesses realize.
Why "Boston-Area" Isn't Specific Enough
Every service business within twenty minutes of Boston describes itself as "Boston-area." That's accurate and useless at the same time. When someone searches for a plumber, an attorney, or a contractor, they're not searching Boston broadly, they're searching their own town, sometimes their own neighborhood or commercial square. A business that only claims the broad region is competing with every other business in the region for a search nobody's actually making that way.
This matters even more for AI search specifically. The same principle behind the Two-Reader Rule applies to geography: an AI tool answering "who's a good [service] in Somerville" needs specific, consistent local signal to confidently recommend anyone. Vague regional claims don't give it that. Genuine, town-specific presence does.
Where We Work
Four Towns, Four Different Markets
These aren't interchangeable. Each town has a genuinely different business landscape, and what gets a service business found looks different in each one.

Where MASH is based. 4,600+ businesses and a city actively investing in its commercial districts.
Learn moreSomerville, MA
No single downtown, five real commercial squares instead. Visibility means being found in the right one.
Learn moreMalden, MA
The second most diverse city in Massachusetts, and a downtown being rebuilt by immigrant-owned business.
Learn moreCambridge, MA
MIT-adjacent competition and five distinct squares. The hardest market on this list to be found in by accident.
