From there, options branch based on what you actually need: a standalone scoped piece (just visibility work, or just CRM and pipeline infrastructure) typically starts around $5,000–$8,000, a full system build (the Growth Engine) starts at $12,000, and ongoing optimization (the RevOps Retainer) starts at $2,500 per month. Which one makes sense depends entirely on where your business is right now, not a fixed package everyone gets sold into.
Does the Visibility Sprint fee count toward anything else?
Yes. The full $2,000 is credited toward the Growth Engine if you decide to continue. It's a real diagnostic either way, not a sales pitch disguised as one, but if you do move forward, you're not paying for it twice.
